Software developers are not placed on the customer support desk until they have had a minimum of two years experience with Enterprise 21. In addition, no post-sales support is outsourced to third-party companies or sent off-shore. This approach to customer support enables the customer to have a single company relationship with TGI for all software and service needs. The only way TGI sells Enterprise 21 is with the complete application source code included in the price of Enterprise 21 ERP software licenses at no additional cost. We feel that, should you ever decide to do so, you should be able to operate and maintain Enterprise 21 completely independent of TGI. It should not be a requirement that you must forever come to TGI any time you want something done with the software as a result of evolving business conditions because of a one-time software purchase decision.
