Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

TGI offers a risk free, money-back software acceptance period to all of its customers following contract signing and initial software installation. This period allows customers to validate their selection of TGI and Enterprise 21. If, at any point during the software acceptance period, the customer feels any Enterprise 21 functionality was misrepresented during the software selection process and no longer wishes to do business with TGI, TGI will refund 100% of the customer’s software licensing fees. Maintenance for Enterprise 21 is free for the first year from software installation. Due to the fact that an implementation may take anywhere between three to nine months to complete, we believe it is inappropriate for a software company to charge software maintenance fees during the implementation process. Consequently, TGI is able to offer a lower total cost of software ownership to its customers than other ERP software vendors. Following the first year from software installation, annual maintenance is available and delivered directly by TGI. Since the company’s inception in 1990, TGI has never increased its annual maintenance rates.
