TGI’s Technical Support Mission
Personal support is what defines our company. In the technical support department, voice mail does not exist and there is a reason for this mandate. At TGI, someone always answers when a customer calls. We want that someone to be a person who is knowledgeable about the Enterprise product line, a person who is able to provide immediate assistance, and a person who is happy to receive a customer’s call. Thankfully TGI has a great staff that makes all of those statements an every day reality.
In our company it doesn’t matter whether you are an entry level programmer or one of the company’s founding principals, you are actively engaged in serving the customer and providing exceptional support. From software installation through maintenance support, technicians are available 24x7 if needed.
In our company the technical support staff is also the programming staff, so TGI employees do not resolve problems by reading through call scripts.
