Does TGI have a formal users group?
Certainly. Once per year, TGI meets with the user community in a formal users conference. To respect the broad geographical range of TGI’s customer base, this conference alternates between the east and west coast each year.
The typical conference lasts two to three days and focuses heavily on functionality review and discussion. Past conference agendas have included topics such as a review of the newest release of Enterprise 21, product demonstrations, customer success stories, and a fully interactive workshop to discuss user driven functionality in the forth coming release.
In addition to the annual conference, TGI sponsors an open Outlook based newsgroup for users. The newsgroup is designed to encourage open discussion between users, share customized Crystal Reports, submit functionality suggestions, etc. In addition, multiple members of TGI’s development staff check the forum daily and provide TGI directed feedback to questions and suggestions.
