What can I expect from TGI’s technical support staff?
When you call our toll-free support number, the first person you speak to is one of the developers of the software. Our support desk is manned exclusively by software engineers and not front line customer service representatives who filter phone calls.
We have one of the highest (if not the highest) retention rates in the industry. As with our overall employee tenure, the average developer has been working with the company and software for 10 years.
The software engineers are encouraged to actively participate in the future development of our product line, as well as interact with our customer base. Each year TGI pays for a number of the software engineers to attend the users conference so they can hear first hand, unscripted feedback from our end users.
