What purchase protection do I have with the selection of Enterprise 21?

When you decide to purchase the Enterprise 21 application, we utilize the following process:

• Contracts are executed and a down payment is made on the software.
• The software is installed on your computer system(s).
• A training session is conducted for select users during which we work with you to execute a sample test plan to help validate the overall system functionality.
• You then have a contractually agreed upon period of time (typically 30 days) to further exercise the software to demonstrate to yourselves that the software operates as we represented it during the sales process. If it does not, then we will gladly refund to you the full amount of your down payment.
