How is the Enterprise Series licensed?

The licensing structure is based on the Enterprise Series package purchased. All sales are provided with source code.

Specifically:

• Enterprise 21 is sold as a complete suite (not module based) on a concurrent user license basis. TGI’s Enterprise WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Enterprise DSS (Decision Support System) are included in the purchase of Enterprise 21. Unlimited use licenses are available upon request.
• eCom21 is sold as a package on an unlimited user license (i.e., no per user licensing requirements).
• Enterprise BFP is sold as a package on an unlimited user license (i.e., no per user licensing requirements).

What are the maintenance costs?

Maintenance on all Enterprise Series applications for the first year after contract signing is free. Thereafter, the annual maintenance cost is 15% of the price you paid (not list or future list price) for the software application(s).
