Technology Group International Empowers Users at the 2007 Users Conference
Toledo, Ohio – March 29, 2007 – Technology Group International (TGI), a leading ERP software solution provider, convened with users last week at the annual user’s conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The conference agenda focused on topics such as new software functionality in Enterprise 21’s v6.6 release, functional workshops, and brainstorming sessions for additional customer driven functionality.
Of particular importance this year was TGI’s desire to empower the user community by adding a substantial amount of additional ease of use features and in house configuration options. In addition to a large number of functional based enhancements, TGI’s development team drove significant product enhancements that focused on empowering the every day user. These updates consisted of user controlled interface options and screen preferences to additional online help such as FAQ’s, video tutorials, and self guided online user training.
Scott Smith, President and CEO of TGI, stated “I think the conference was a great success and provided a significant value to the participants. The TGI staff is already in preparation for next year’s conference which will be held at a resort in Orlando, Florida.
