TGI Updates Online Help for Enterprise 21
Toledo, Ohio – June 29, 2009 – Technology Group International, an industry-leading ERP software solution provider to small and mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies, announced today the release of enhanced online help for its Enterprise 21 software. The newly updated online help features additions to Frequently Asked Questions, updated How-To help, and the release of new, on-demand multimedia demonstrations.
Enterprise 21’s help features now include nearly 90 answers to frequently asked questions and 270 sets of instructions for various “how-to” questions. In addition to instructions for how-to questions, Enterprise 21 now features multimedia demonstrations to guide users through various processes within the system. Users can view demonstrations to learn how to perform transactions including entering regular sales orders, entering blanket orders, and entering purchase orders. These new help features are available for both new and existing TGI customers and are included with all Enterprise 21 software sales at no additional cost.
TGI plans to release updates to the Enterprise 21 help library on a bi-monthly basis. TGI customers will be able to log into TGI’s customer portal, scheduled for release in July 2009, and download the most recent release of Enterprise 21’s online help for their organizations.
