TGI’s Vice President of New Technology, Bob Goldstine, said Enterprise 21 7.1 is, “packed with a lot of new and finely-tuned features designed to streamline end-user processes and improve end-user interaction with the ERP system.” New features include system-wide search functionality, an updated online help directory, an automated method of shipment selection process based on the overall cube and weight of the shipment, a complete document management system, intelligent “hot buttons” for easy navigation throughout the application, a “View Sample” option for report generation, and new expense-tracking capabilities for detailed expense reporting and analysis.
In addition to end-user enhancements, Enterprise 21 7.1 delivers state-of-the-art paperless accounts payable functionality, allowing manufacturers and distributors to operate their accounts payable departments in a completely paperless environment for more efficient, streamlined accounting operations and reduced overhead costs.
Enterprise 21 7.1 also features new updates to Enterprise 21’s Workbench Designer, giving ERP software users the ability to create their own programs, screens, and reports using a WYSIWYG editor - without any modification to the application’s source code or programming expertise. The updated Workbench Designer includes a robust SQL Builder to support the creation of complex SQL statements.
