TGI Launches New Online Customer Portal
Toledo, OH – January 6, 2010 – Technology Group International (TGI), an industry-leading ERP software provider to small and mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies, announced the debut of its new online customer portal. The new customer portal allows existing TGI customers to access their customer account online through the TGI corporate website. Once logged in to their online account, TGI customers can download the most current version of Enterprise 21 help files, access online training materials, view invoice and payment history, download a test copy of the latest release of the Enterprise 21 ERP system, and view the status of any existing work in progress. TGI plans to release additional customer portal features, including a developer’s blog, training webinars, and annual users conference registration in the coming months.
Talks of a customer portal began in late April 2009 following the launch of TGI’s new corporate website, and formal development plans were put in place after receiving customer feedback at TGI’s annual users’ conference in May 2009. Scott Smith, TGI’s President and Chief Executive Officer, said of the new customer portal, “We’re very happy and excited about the new customer portal, and I believe our customers are going to be very happy as well.
